We see significant potential across both sides of the border and are investing in the people, products and display presence needed to make the region successful.Our approach is simple: great homes, strong value and a customer experience that continues well beyond the initial sale.The OpportunityYou will work from our new Moama display homes, helping customers take the first steps towards building their new home.You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, developing relationships throughout the local community and delivering a professional customer experience from the first conversation through to contract.You will have the freedom to approach the region with an entrepreneurial mindset while being supported by an experienced leadership team, proven systems and one of the strongest product offerings in the market.This role would suit someone who enjoys running their own business within a business and wants to build something meaningful in a growing regional market.About YouIdeally, you will already have experience in new home sales or the residential construction industry.
However, we are also open to experienced sales professionals who understand relationship-based selling and can demonstrate a strong record of converting opportunities.You will bring:A proactive and driven approach to salesStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAn entrepreneurial mindset and personal accountabilityThe ability to generate,
