This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing bar operations, leading and motivating the team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring efficient service within a quick-paced, high-volume venue.You will play a key role in creating a fun, engaging, and professional atmosphere while driving beverage quality, operational standards, and team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional serviceMaintain high standards of customer experience and guest engagementDemonstrate comprehensive cocktail, beverage, and menu knowledgeManage day-to-day bar operations in a fast-paced service environmentMonitor inventory levels, stock control, ordering, and cost managementConduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate recordsEnsure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace health and safety standardsMaintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar and service areaSupport team collaboration across front and back of house operationsHandle customer enquiries, feedback,
