With the support of our management and team, you will enhance your customer service skills, address issues and escalations, and utilize your problem-solving abilities to achieve swift and effective outcomes.Some of your day to day tasks:Deliver friendly and effective service to customers via phone calls, emails, and other business systemsPromptly action customer requests, take ownership of inquiries, and resolve issues within set timeframesAnalyze customer sales history to identify service needs and explore upsell opportunitiesInform customers about new products and services when applicableOur Ideal Candidate will have:Experience in a high-volume call center environment is preferred but not essentialA customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively to achieve resultsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you don't have previous experience but have a proactive and reliable personality; we'd love to hear from you too!
