Our clinic offers a comprehensive range of imaging services, including:X-RayCTUltrasoundInterventional ProceduresEchocardiographyDEXAOPGAs our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Medical Receptionist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in ensuring every patient has a positive experience while helping our clinical team provide efficient, high-quality care.You'll work closely with radiographers, sonographers, radiologists, referring doctors and other healthcare professionals in a busy, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and compassionManaging incoming phone calls and responding to emailsBooking and coordinating patient appointmentsCommunicating with radiographers, sonographers and radiologistsLiaising with GPs, specialists, pathology providers and other medical clinicsManaging referrals and patient documentationSupporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinicAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Brings a positive attitude and high energy to work every dayThrives in a busy,
