We offer a diverse range of dining, entertainment and event experiences, including a Grand Ballroom, theatre, rooftop bar and multiple premium function spaces.We are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.About the RoleReporting to the Events Manager, the Events Team Leader plays a key role in the successful delivery of conferences, functions and events.This is an exciting leadership position responsible for supervising event service staff, ensuring function spaces are set up to standard, and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.Key responsibilities include:Leading and supervising Events Attendants during serviceEnsuring function rooms are set up according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)Delivering outstanding customer service and managing enquiriesAllocating tasks and monitoring team performanceMaintaining high service, grooming and presentation standardsResolving customer and staff issues in a professional mannerEnsuring compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and club policiesMonitoring stock levels,
