In line with the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, all team members must comply with child safety policies, complete relevant screening checks, and meet reporting obligations.About the RoleIn this role, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to advocating for children and aligning with Insight Early Learning's philosophy of Wisdom, Innovation, Sustainability and Equity.You will lead and support play-based learning experiences, creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.A regular day in this role will involve:Leading the Preschool educational program in line with the EYLF and NQFCreating protected, engaging, and play-based learning environments that support children's developmentUsing the environment as the "third teacher",
