What We Offer:Onsite ParkingRegular social events to drive team bondingA supportive, small team environment where you can make a real impactOpportunity to grow and develop in the recruitment industryKey Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing & onboarding by proactively identifying talent, conducting behavioural or technical screening, and evaluating candidate profiles against client requirementsEmployee Background and immigration checksCompliance & adhering to our Quality & Safety SystemsSite visits & seeing all the different industries we deal with 1 st handAssisting with the planning, developing & implementing an effective candidate marketing strategy while working with the marketing department to optimise outcomes.Client/ candidate management, including consulting with employers to establish comprehensive profiles of their vacant positions, including organizational culture and technical prerequisites.Relationship development to efficiently and effectively meet the needs & expectations of our clients and candidates, including managing end-to-end placement lifecycle through negotiating offers, providing feedback to unsuccessful parties, and advising clients and talent through the hiring process.Oncall phones on a rotating rosterWhat We're Looking For:A relevant tertiary qualification in business or similar is essentialAt least 1 year of full-time equivalent work experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesPrevious experience in admin, HR, or customer-facing roles is advantageousA proactive and adaptable approach to handling various tasksA positive attitude and a team-oriented mindsetMUST have full working rights in AustraliaThis is a full time role offering a salary of $79,500 - $85,000.
The role is based in Parramatta, NSW.
