Machine Operation Night / Afternoon ShiftBlaze Staffing Solutions is currently seeking experienced Afternoon and Night Machine Operators for an immediate start with well-established and highly regarded companies based in Thomastown.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators or someone looking to develop a career within the manufacturing industry.About the role:Set up and operate CNC machines to process materials (e.g. sheet metal or timber)Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and job specificationsLoad and unload materials and select the correct material type and thickness for productionMonitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure quality and efficiencyInspect and measure finished components to ensure they meet quality standardsPerform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as requiredFollow all workplace health, safety, and quality proceduresSunday to Thursday Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)Monday to Friday Afternoon Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)To be successful,
