We are looking for experienced stainless steel fabricators or welders to expand our skilled workforce, to fill full time, permanent positions.The PositionThe Metal Fabricator or Welder will perform the following dutiesstudy blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job requirementsselect metal stock, such as stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and mild steel.cut marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools,
plasma cutting torches and metal cutting machines such as guillotinesshaping and forming cut metal stock into products using brake presses, folders, rollersassemble and weld components together using TIG weldingpolish and buff finished products to the required surface finishinstall commercial kitchen equipment and other products of the companySkills and ExperienceThe successful applicants will have the followingAQF Certificate III Fabrication Trade or equivalent or relevant experienceSpecialised experience in TIG welding and polishing of stainless steel, aluminium, brass and specialty alloys an advantageexperience in the fabrication of commercial kitchen equipment is an advantage
