An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Scheduler to join our Centralised Customer Hub at Porsche Centre Melbourne in Collingwood.As the first point of contact for our Porsche Service Departments, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
From managing inbound enquiries and coordinating service bookings to proactively engaging with customers and maintaining our CRM database, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects the premium standards of the Porsche brand.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.In this role you will:Answer inbound telephone calls for the Porsche Service Departments in a professional and friendly mannerAssist customers with service enquiries, vehicle concerns and aftersales informationBook customer vehicles for servicing, maintenance and repairs while delivering a seamless customer experienceAccurately direct enquiries to the appropriate departments where requiredBuild strong relationships with new and existing Porsche customersProactively contact customers regarding outstanding recommendations, future servicing requirements and business opportunitiesConduct outbound calls to generate service bookings and follow up on previous customer enquiriesSupport customer satisfaction initiatives,



including CSI follow-up and customer feedbackResolve customer concerns or escalate matters appropriately to ensure timely outcomesMaintain accurate customer information within the dealership CRM systemWork closely with Service Advisors and internal departments to ensure efficient scheduling and communicationEnsure all bookings, records and documentation are completed accurately and in line with Porsche and Penske standardsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the wider dealership team as requiredAbout You:Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, reception, retail, hospitality or automotive environmentExceptional customer service skills with a confident and professional phone mannerStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasksAbility to think on your feet and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyIntermediate computer skills with confidence learning new systemsA positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to delivering premium customer experiencesA passion for continuous improvement and providing outstanding serviceAbout Us:Porsche Centre Melbourne is part of Penske Automotive Australia, representing three Porsche dealerships across Melbourne including Porsche Centre Brighton,
