This is an on-site position based in our Melbourne CBD office.This is not a traditional administration position.
You will work across different areas of the business, support client and internal projects, help coordinate day-to-day operations and contribute to improving how we work.As part of a small and collaborative team, you will not be confined to one function.
You will be expected to learn quickly, take ownership of your work and be willing to assist wherever you can add value.Full training and support will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is also resourceful, curious and comfortable working independently.What you will be doingYour responsibilities will develop as you gain experience and may include:Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of internal and client projectsWorking with different teams across the business to keep tasks and deliverables movingConducting research and assisting with data collection and analysisPreparing, reviewing and formatting reports, presentations and client documentationHelping maintain internal systems, databases and CRM informationIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and make our operations more efficientUsing AI tools to support research, documentation, analysis and workflow improvementAssisting with general business operations and administrative tasksTaking on new responsibilities as the role and your capabilities developAbout youWe are more interested in your attitude,
