This is an opportunity for a polished and confident retail leader who understands the importance of exceptional service, personal presentation and building long-term client relationships.
With a strong focus on luxury suiting, you'll work closely with customers to deliver a highly personalised styling experience from initial consultation through to purchase.
The Role Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the performance of the store while remaining hands-on with customers and the team.
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Store Manager across daily operationsLeading and inspiring the team on the sales floorDelivering personalised suiting and styling consultationsBuilding and maintaining a strong client bookDriving sales, KPIs and individual performanceCoaching team members on product and serviceEnsuring the showroom reflects luxury brand standardsManaging customer appointments,
