strong customer service skills and the ability to accurately identify and source parts for a wide range of heavy vehicle and equipment.Job DescriptionDuties & ResponsibilitiesInterpret and identify heavy vehicle parts for retail and trade customers along with our workshop techniciansSource genuine and aftermarket trucks parts from a range of suppliersProcess customer enquiries, quotes and salesMaintain stock levels, receive and check incoming deliveriesPick, pack and dispatch parts ordersLaise with suppliers to source partsMaintain accurate inventory records and stock controlEnsure the parts department is clean, organised and well presentedProvide excellent customer service both over the phone and in personAssist workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available when requiredFollow workplace health and safety proceduresSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in automotive, truck or heavy vehicle parts interpreting is preferredCar, Light Commercial & AG qualifications are encouraged to apply.Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and/or team environmentGood computer skills and experience with parts catalogues or inventory softwareGood written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivatedCurrent Manual C LicenseForklift licence advantageous but not essentialVisa held applicants/overseas workers encouraged to applyJob Type: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40hr Week - No weekends or after hours calloutsBenefits:OEM TrainingAbove Award WagesOvertime payPenalty ratesProfessional development assistanceRelocation assistance
