As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across breakfast, à la carte, events and high-volume service.

As a Chef de Partie, you will report to the Executive Chef and be supported by other senior members of the kitchen brigade.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and serving a consistently high-quality productManaging stock rotation and minimising wastageOverseeing and performing operational duties within your sectionWorking across all areas of the kitchen operation as requiredRoster flexibility is highly regarded.
