The ideal candidate will be a creative and organized individual with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including social media management, content creation, event planning, video production, and more.Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing:Manage and maintain social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videosMonitor social media analytics and adjust strategies as neededAssist in email marketing campaigns, including design and executionContent Creation:Develop high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and website copyWrite compelling copy for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentationsVideo Production:Film and edit videos for various marketing purposes (e.g., product demos, company culture, promotional videos)Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editingGraphic Design:Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials,



including social media graphics, email templates, and print advertisementsUtilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic designEvent Planning and Execution:Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinarsManage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and attendee registrationBrand Management:Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channelsMonitor brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedbackCRM Management:Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) systemSegment customer data and create targeted marketing campaignsEducation:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related fieldJob Experiences:At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a marketing support role, 3 years of experience preferable.Experience working in a marketing workplace (highly regarded)Knowledge of social media marketing and Google Ads (preferred)Experience in event organization and coordination (highly regarded)Personal Skills:Well-organizedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExhibits confidentiality when dealing with staff and company mattersShows initiative and driveIntegrityLeads by exampleAdaptableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA positive, personable demeanor, with the ability to work autonomously as well as with a teamDelta Electronics is an equal opportunity employer.
