With a strong reputation for safety, quality, and environmental care, we're expanding our team and seeking motivated Arborists(Qualified or Trainee)and Ground Crew(including plant operators) to join our growing operations.About the RoleThis is a hands-on, team-based role supporting a wide range of tree related projects.
You'll operate machinery and vehicles, work at various sites around the Sunshine Coast, and help deliver safe, effective, and high-quality outcomes for our clients.Operating equipment (chainsaws, chippers, excavators, tip trucks, and other plant & equipment (flail, grab, buckets etc.))Assisting with tree pruning, removals,



and site clean-upsFeeding woodchippers and handling machinery safelyConducting daily maintenance and pre-start checksLoading, unloading, and transporting machinery and green wasteWorking collaboratively within a professional, safety-focused crewAbout YouConstruction White CardPhysically fit and capable of outdoor workCommitment to safety and teamworkHighly RegardedHR or MR truck licence (or willingness to obtain)Excavator and/or plant operator experienceChainsaw ticket (or willingness to obtain)Experience in arboriculture, landscaping, or constructionEWP or other machinery ticketsQualifications in arboriculture and/or horticultureWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rate ($36–$45/hr)9-day fortnight rosterOngoing training and development (including arboriculture qualifications)Supportive and safety-driven team environmentOpportunities for career progression into advanced arborist or machinery roles
