Maintains a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests needs and expectations.
Is a part of the Wheels team, operating the main hotel driveway, car stacker, valet parking service, transportation services and courier / postal dispatching, luggage services, rooming guests during arrival and farewell and is runner for any guest requests.
Assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests.
Supports Chief Concierge, Duty Manager and Wheels Valet Captain to ensure all guests' needs and information prior, during and post stay that leads to a unique, memorable and personal stay.JOB REQUIREMENTSA valid full NSW Drivers LicenseBENEFITSDiscounts on hotel rooms including all properties within the Marriott International group,
