You'll work across a variety of planned and reactive plumbing maintenance jobs for our commercial and residential clients throughout South East Queensland.Your responsibilities will include:Diagnosing and repairing plumbing and gas-related faultsCompleting planned and reactive maintenanceProviding practical, long-term solutions for our clientsCompleting clear job notes, photographs and service documentationCommunicating professionally with clients, site contacts and our office teamFollowing company procedures, safety requirements and quality standardsWorking independently while contributing to the wider RTL Trades teamSupporting apprentices and less-experienced team members when requiredAbout youWe're looking for someone who is dependable, professional and takes genuine pride in their workmanship.To be successful, you'll need:A relevant plumbing trade qualificationDemonstrated maintenance plumbing experienceA current Gas Work Licence— preferred but not essentialA current manual driver's licenceA current Construction White CardStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsA professional appearance and mannerThe ability to work confidently and autonomouslyA commitment to workplace safety and company proceduresConfidence using an iPad or iPhone, or the willingness to learn our job-management softwareBackflow Prevention and TMV endorsements are highly desirableJoin a team that backs its tradespeopleIf you're looking for quality work, strong support, professional development and a workplace where your contribution is genuinely valued, we'd love to hear from you.
