ASC is looking for a motivated Internal Sales & Support team member to grow with us.This role is central to supporting our sales function, maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with quotes and proposals, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales, and technical teams.
You will play a key role in keeping sales operations running efficiently while contributing to business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage quotes, proposals, and client documentationMaintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate pipeline trackingAssist the sales team with reporting, forecasting, and follow-upsClient Communication & SupportAct as a key point of contact for inbound sales enquiriesProvide timely and professional responses to client requestsSupport ongoing client relationships through regular communicationInternal CoordinationLiaise with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate quoting and service deliveryAssist in coordinating project handovers and internal workflowsLead ManagementQualify inbound leads and allocate opportunities to the appropriate sales team membersSupport outbound outreach initiatives and follow-up activitiesAssist with the preparation and submission of tender documentationWork alongside the tender team to ensure compliance and accuracyProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve internal sales processes and efficiencyContribute to the development of systems and tools that support scalabilityAbout YouProven sales experience is essentialPrevious experience in an internal sales, sales support, or customer service roleStrong organisational skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentConfident working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suiteA proactive and team-oriented mindsetSecurity industry experience and/or technical expertise is highly regarded, but not essentialWhy Join ASC?
