We're looking for someone who brings technical excellence, genuine warmth and a deep love for reformer Pilates to every session they lead.Whether you're building your hours or looking for a long-term home, Studio Vela Harrington Park offers a premium environment, a supportive team, and real opportunity to grow within a brand that's expanding nationally.Key ResponsibilitiesClass Delivery & Member ExperienceDeliver engaging, safe and technically precise reformer Pilates classesProvide appropriate modifications and progressions for all fitness levelsEnsure correct technique and movement quality throughout every sessionCreate a welcoming, motivating and inclusive class environmentBuild genuine relationships with members that support long-term retentionStudio Standards & OperationsMaintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio floor at all timesSet up and pack away reformers and equipment correctly after every classMonitor and uphold safety procedures during sessionsReport any equipment or maintenance issues promptlyArrive prepared and on time for all scheduled shifts and classesBrand Representation & Member EngagementRepresent the Studio Vela brand professionally at all times — on the floor and onlineSupport studio promotions, events and community initiativesContribute positively to the studio culture and team environmentDeliver a high standard of customer service in every interactionRequired QualificationsApplicants must hold and maintain the following at the time of appointment:Current Reformer Pilates certificationCurrent First Aid & CPR certificationCurrent professional indemnity and public liability insurance (required for contractors)Previous experience teaching reformer Pilates classes in a commercial studio environment is highly regarded.Who We're Looking ForYou are a confident, technically strong instructor who genuinely loves what you do.
