Our dedicated team values collaboration, inclusion, and meaningful relationships with families, creating a positive environment where both children and educators can thrive.About the RoleAs Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service while helping to drive quality outcomes across all areas of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Centre Manager in leading daily centre operationsMentor, coach and develop educators to achieve their full potentialEnsure compliance with National Regulations and National Quality StandardsBuild strong partnerships with children, families and the local communitySupport occupancy growth through exceptional family experiences and community engagementMonitor centre performance against financial, operational and quality targetsFoster a positive, team-oriented and inclusive team cultureAbout YouTo be successful in this role,



you will have:Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)Proven leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education settingStrong understanding of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirementsA current Working with Children CheckExcellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skillsA passion for mentoring teams and driving continuous improvementA positive, solutions-focused leadership approachOur Educational ApproachOur educators and teachers deliver Affinity's exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum, Australia's most advanced approach to early childhood education.
