Proactively identify any maintenanceneeds.Coordinate with external maintained contractors (electricians, plumbers, landscapers) to ensureminimal disruptions to guest bookings.Maintain stock levels for guest amenities, cleaning supplies and linen inventories.Direct, roster and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff and local operational teamsEnsure all staff and contactors follow work health and safety guidelines while on-site.Ensure all properties strictly comply with local council rules, fire safety standards,



and NSWshort-term rental regulations.Meet regularly with Director to discuss portfolio occupancy rates, guest feedback andoperational costs.Required Skills and ExperienceRelevant formal qualifications and training certificationsMinimum 3-5 years of practical experience in short-term rental operations, holiday letting, orhotel front-office management.Confident using Property Management Software (PMS) like Guesty, Hospitable, or similarExceptional communication style.
