As the team's first point of escalation, you'll lead by example, providing coaching, guidance and feedback while supporting customers directly and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingProviding hands‐on customer service across phone sales, parts interpreting, invoicing, returns, credits and aftersales supportActing as the first point of escalation for the team, providing practical support,
guidance and adviceMonitoring team performance and providing coaching and feedback against goals and KPIsEnsuring customer orders are processed within freight timeframes and calls and callbacks are completed promptlyBuilding strong customer relationships and developing a clear understanding of their requirementsIdentifying opportunities to improve customer service processes, systems and team knowledgeSupporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team membersWorking closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent and positive customer experiencePromoting a safety‐first mindset and complying with all health, safety and sustainability requirementsAbout YouYou'll thrive in this role if you have:An interest in the automotive industry, with automotive parts interpreting experience or robust automotive aftermarket knowledgeExperience in a fast‐paced telephone and email‐based customer service environmentPrevious experience coaching, guiding or supporting a customer service teamStrong knowledge of customer service processes, systems and quality measuresHighly developed communication and relationship‐building skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and work to strict deadlinesStrong planning and organisational skills with a customer‐first approachExcellent attention to detail and accuracyA practical, solutions‐focused approach to problem‐solvingExperience using Pronto would be advantageousWhy Join DBA?
