This is a Full time position with 38-hour basic weeks.Key responsibilitiesMaking formwork from timber, plywood or plastic and steel as per shop drawingsAbility to read and understand drawingsSelecting and ordering materials required and prepare layoutsMeasuring and cutting wood or metalAssembling prepared wood to form structures and fittings ready to installSafely operating hand and power toolsPrepared to assist other tradesProven experience (typically 2–5+ years)



in formwork carpentry, including form building and removal, handling architectural finishes, and working on commercial or precast projectsStrong ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings accurately.Proficient with hand and power carpentry tools, and committed to workplace health & safety.Able to carry formwork, work outdoors in varying conditions, climb scaffolding, and work at heightsLeadership and team management skillsStrong knowledge of concrete finishing techniquesAbility to work with precision and attention to detailQuality focusedTool and equipment maintenance and housekeepingTrade qualificationCertificate III in Carpentry (CPC*****) or equivalent; Certificate III in Formwork (FWP series) is advantageousConstruction induction ("White Card")mandatory for site work.What we offer:Full-time basisBe apart of a thriving precast business with a strong reputationCollaborative and inclusive work environment
