About the Role
As a member of the property management team, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio with a team member to property ratio of 100 properties per team member, including leasing, inspections, tenant management and maintenance coordinationProviding expert advice to investors on legislation, market conditions and maximizing rental returnsBuilding strong relationships with investors, tenants and contractors through explicit, proactive communicationEnsuring properties are well maintained and compliant with relevant legislation and regulationsSupporting the development of junior property management staff and contributing to the growth of the business
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum 1 year experience in a property management role (residential), with a current QLD Real Estate LicenseFull Australian working rights or be a permanent residentStrong working knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and regulationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProven ability to manage a diverse portfolio, stay organized and deliver results for landlordsConfidence using Property Me software and the Google Drive suite
