As a Customer Service Officer, you'll assist visitors with enquiries, payments and access to library services, technology, collections and programs, delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse community every day.Reporting to the Team Leader Library Operations, your responsibilities would primarily include:Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with library and City of Perth enquiriesProcess memberships, payments and bookings, providing efficient support to visitors and clientsSupport the day-to-day operations of the Library, ensuring services run smoothly and effectivelyHelp create a safe, welcoming and inclusive setting for all library patrons and visitorsAbout YouTo succeed in this role,
