What you'll be doingWe are seeking dynamic and adaptable Registered Nurses who will be motivated by a challenging and fast paced environment.Key responsibilities and duties include:Achieving optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of careDemonstrating exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients seeking outstanding careImplementing strategies to ensure that quality and risk management are integrated into service provisionWorking collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional care every timeMaintaining current knowledge and skills to ensure continued qualified growthAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following criteria:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (without restriction)Minimum of one-year post-graduate in Day Surgery Admissions experience.Commitment to excellence in nursing practice and professional developmentDemonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary teamBasic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systemsCommitment to ensuring the levels of service is always delivered to patients at all timesMater is Queensland's largest not-for-profit healthcare provider,
