Position: Business Development Manager / Sales ManagerLocation: BrisbaneAbout the CompanyOur client is a growing commercial catering kitchenware supplier providing high-quality products and solutions to restaurants, cafés, and hospitality businesses across Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the hospitality and catering sectorIdentify and acquire recent clients including restaurants, cafés, caterers, and food service operatorsMaintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business and account valueConduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand customer needsCollaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfactionMonitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to inform sales strategyPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management reviewNegotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clientsQualifications & RequirementsProven experience in sales, preferably within the food service, catering, or FMCG industryStrong network within Melbourne's hospitality industry is highly desirableExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independentlyValid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetingsRemunerationBasic salary + Superannuation + Commission + Fuel allowance
