Long term role with years of work ahead.Some of the key tasks and responsibilities would be all aspects of the Fit out 1 Boat Building process including but not limited to: deck prep, all stainless steel fitment, plumbing, sub assembly of small parts, windscreens, fairing , sanding, application of gel coat, buffing, quality control, mentoring young apprentices, glass fitment and so on.
