PremiAir has 14 depots across the country and in everyone, we are committed to providing our customers with unrivalled service excellence and efficient solutions.About the RoleDue to unprecedented customer demand and business growth, we currently have an chance for an experienced Hire Controllerto join the Operations team at our state-of-the-art depot in Deer Park.Reporting to the Melbourne Branch Manager, the overall objective of this role is to assist in the running of the VIC operations for PremiAir Services and as one of the Operations personnel, you will be required to work across all areas of the business.DutiesAnswering and attending to incoming calls from internal and external customersCreating and data entering of hire contractsProcess customer orders,



hire contracts and delivery/collection notesCustomer invoicingVarious administrative functionsLiaising with the workshop team to ensure equipment is ready prior to hireArranging transport and logistics movementsMaintain service recordsFiling of contracts and other operations documentationEnsure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all timesAny other appropriate duties as directedSkills and ExperienceYou must be highly motivated, well organised and be a positive thinker.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Previous experience in or knowledge of the Hire Industry, Transport or in a similar operations roleBe able to prioritise and have good time-management skillsAbility to work independently as well as being a team playerReliable and punctualPossess a Can-Do attitudeCulturePremiAir is a family-owned private business with a hands-on, make-it-happen culture at all levels of the organisation.
