This is a full-time position based on-site at our mining operations.
As an Underground Water Truck Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining safe and productive underground mining environments by delivering water and dust suppression services.
Your work will be essential to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and supporting the smooth operation of our mining activities.Key responsibilitiesOperate and maintain water truck equipment in underground mining environments, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of water for dust suppression and operational requirementsConduct pre-start safety checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure all systems are functioning correctlyNavigate underground roads and tunnels safely, adhering to speed limits and traffic management protocolsMonitor water levels and distribution systems, maintaining optimal coverage across designated work areasCommunicate effectively with mining personnel, supervisors and other operators to coordinate water delivery activitiesRespond promptly to water supply requests and adapt operations to changing site conditionsMaintain detailed records of water distribution, fuel consumption and equipment maintenanceComply with all mining safety regulations, company policies and environmental requirementsParticipate in toolbox meetings, safety briefings and ongoing training programmesReport any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards or operational concerns to supervision immediatelyMust be abel to pass drug and alcohol testing.Must be abel to complete pre employment Medical and functional.What we're looking forCurrent or recently expired Heavy Vehicle Licence (HV) or Light Rigid (LR)



licenceProven experience operating water trucks or similar heavy vehicles, preferably in underground or confined mining environments.
