You'll bring:Proven leadership experience in camping, outdoor recreation, hospitality,



tourism, education, or community servicesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience managing teams, training staff, and leading day-to-day operationsSound judgement, initiative, and the ability to stay calm under pressureA passion for creating safe, engaging, and meaningful experiences for young people Experience with camp booking systems will be highly regarded.QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification in Outdoor Recreation, Education, Business, Tourism or similarFirst Aid & CPRAt the YMCA, we value our people.
