If you are passionate about working on heavy vehicles and would like to fulfill your dream working on buses, Ventura is your next destination.We currently have afull time Mechanicposition available at ourCroydonworkshop.The key responsibilities include:Assist in ensuring we maintain a safe and reliable fleetFulfilling preventative maintenance schedules, such as oil checks and filteringDiagnosing and repairs to busesTest driving of vehicles to diagnose malfunctionsComplete safety inspections, Road Safety Inspections (RSI) annually & Vehicle Safety Inspections (VSI)



every 3 monthsEnter and rectify any defectsComplete any engine work and repairs when requiredConducting transmission replacements & repairsRender assistance with on road breakdownsCert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent Trade Qualification)Heavy Vehicle experienceAbility to work in a team environmentCurrent MR or HR licence (not essential)To work in a quick paced environment and to meet deadlinesPositive and can do attitudeExcellent problem solving skillsMust have full working rights to work in Australia.The benefits of working at Ventura:If you are seeking a change and want to contribute to the community, Ventura is the right move for you.
