Operating for over 20 years, we continue to be a market leader in the industry.We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a full-time 38hrs a week + Overtime as required, to join our Charmhaven Team.The RoleReporting to the Branch Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor's primary focus is to:Accept responsibility for the entire operation of the warehouseEnsure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by organising and directing Warehouse staff as requiredCoach Warehouse staff to ensure quality customer service is provided at all times which fosters growth and repeat businessProvide strong leadership and management to all Warehouse employees including recruitment, performance management, coaching, training and personal developmentPromote teamwork between Sales, Warehouse and other site staff to ensure all are working to a common goal of exceeding customer expectationsOversee a clean and safe work environment,



ensuring compliance with legislative requirements in the day-to-day operation in the key areas of Safety and the AwardExecute business directives that support the business strategyEnsure Warehouse operations are always compliant with Company policies and proceduresRepresent the Company Directors as a leader of the organizationIn summary, the Warehouse Supervisor is a key person in the organisation and is responsible for providing the structure and discipline to the Branch's Warehouse operations and is focused on achieving high levels of productivity and efficiency within a protected working environment.The ApplicantThe Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate that following:Demonstrated warehouse experience in manufacturing environmentDemonstrated people and leadership skills (Required)Knowledge of operations in similar environmentMedium level knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sage and general ERP systemsStock and Inventory Control experienceTruck License - MR or above (Desirable)Current Driver's License and reliable Car (Required)OXWORKS WILL NOT ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM AGENCIES FOR THIS POSITION.
