You'll play a key role in elevating the in-store experience, leading a high-performing team,



and driving business success.What you'll be responsible for:Driving Business Growth – execute key strategies to achieve and exceed sales targetsLeading & Inspiring the Team – coach, develop and motivate your team to deliver excellenceClienteling Excellence – build strong, lasting relationships with VIP and returning clientsClient Experience & CRM – curate personalised experiences, drive appointments, and host exclusive in-store eventsStore Operations – ensure seamless store presentation, inventory management, and visual merchandisingThis is a full-time opportunity (38 hours per week) based in our Westfield Sydney flagship boutique, Tuesday - Saturday Roster.About You2–4 years' experience in retail management (luxury experience highly regarded)Strong commercial awareness across retail operations, visual merchandising and sales strategyPassion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesProven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsConfident with systems and retail reporting toolsWhy Join Us?
