This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Chef—or a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career.About the role:Manage day-to-day operations of the kitchen and lead a small teamPlanning of menus, estimating food & labour cost, ordering, closely monitoring and controlling COGS.Recruit all kitchen staffRoster team members while interpreting and acting upon financial information.Develop external relationships with appropriate suppliers.Analyse competitors & market trends while providing constant & consistent development of the menu.Have extraordinary culinary flair and a motivating leadership style to support your team.Ensure high quality and presentation of food provided to guests, according to property standards and timeframes of serviceMaintain a safe clean and organised work environment with emphasis on high food safety standardsWhat we are looking for:Previous experience in a Head or Senior Sous Chef roleSomeone with a confident, modern,
