The Role
In this role, you will be working in a small team within a larger business to provide skilled administrative support in managing client affairs in an accurate and timely manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Processing of day-to-day administrative tasks
Scheduling and following up on client appointments
Updating client information into XPLAN (CRM)
Hands-on role assisting the team with the implementation of advice
About You
You use your initiative to create successful client outcomes and understand how your role assists in building long-term client relationships. The successful person will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong team ethic and motivated to succeed
Strong understanding of the financial planning process
Have the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
Must have experience with XPLAN
This could suit a career CRM/CSO or someone who is looking to progress to advice. The Senior Advisers in the business are open to mentoring quality candidates through their Qualified Year.
