THE POSITION
Oversee breakfast buffet service
Direction and leadership of the onsite catering team
Working efficiently and able to adapt to changing circumstances
Manage deliveries, orders, stock rotation and cleaning duties
Engage with clients and customers

THE PERSON




Previous experience in comparable environment
Available 5 mornings per week
Understanding of Food safety and HACCP
Solid work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced agile team
Outstanding energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
Intermediate MS Office
