Oversee daily facility operations ensuring safety, compliance and customer satisfactionDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiencyMonitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage service level agreementsManage vendor and contractor relationshipsConduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulationsManage budgets, maintenance records and operational reportingWhat's in it for you...Great hours + onsite parking available!
