About the role
Manage business analytics and data managementAssessment of ingredients and issuance of Halal certificates for products.Assist in preparation and submission of government applications for international licences.Support in government audit and contribute to the development of compliance documentation that meets regulatory standards.Board minute preparation, attend and participate inboard meetings with staff, management and committeesAttend training locally, interstate or overseas.Update, Maintain & Develop several registers, forms and templates to ensure the process of Halal certification is asmooth operation and is compliant.Audit systems, processes and establishmentson an adhoc basis when requiredContinual contact with all clients to ensure compliance and meet their needsSystems, Accounts, Office & Records ManagementSupport of business functions

The applicant shall be paid fortnightly in arrears plus12% superannuation.
Skills and experience
The successful applicant shall have:
Science Degree (e.g., Biomedical, Chemistry, Biology, Medical, Veterinarian/ Animal Science, Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology)Ability to audit and travel overseas.A keen eye for detail with strong analytical skills.Able to handle challenges, responsibility and a fast pace, yetsometimes very demanding environmentGood time Management and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one timeQuick learner and able to adapt to change at any timeClient Liaison Management andcustomer focused temperamentSocially positive and communicative.Well rounded and self actualised.Must be confident in their ability and with clients.Solutions orientated and willingness to problemsolve effectively and efficientlyAble to take direction from authorityand is trainableAble to be respectful, professional and empathetic towards othersCan do attitude and emotional maturityMust be a reliable, dependableperson who is honest and ethicalA person who wishes to learn a specialised discipline to assist the communityHighly trustworthy and able to handle sensitive and confidential materialTeam orientated and can workautonomouslyComputer savvy andliterate with above averagetyping speed.Exceptional administration skillsshall be an eloquent communicatorAn excellent organiser and is able to take their own initiative.Willingness to exceed and develop themselves
