We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to support a diverse portfolio of stakeholder and community engagement initiatives across North Queensland.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys creating impactful visual communications across print, digital, video, and social media platforms while working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
About the Role
You will be responsible for developing engaging and qualified communication materials that inform, educate, and connect with a broad audience.
Your work will include:
Designing publications, brochures, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materialsCreating digital assets for websites, social media, and online campaignsProducing and editing video contentDeveloping visual solutions that simplify complex informationProviding advice on branding, design standards, and visual communication best practicesManaging multiple projects and competing deadlinesWorking with internal stakeholders and external creative suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes
About You
Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite,



including:InDesignIllustratorPhotoshopPremiere ProExperience creating content across print, digital, and video channelsStrong layout, branding, and visual storytelling skillsExperience working within corporate brand guidelinesExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional attention to detail
Highly Regarded
5+ years' experience in graphic design, visual communications, or creative servicesExperience working within government or large corporate environmentsKnowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and accessible document creationTertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline
