You will be anBanking & Finance –Asset (Aircraft) Finance Lawyer at the 5-8 year level(or more junior)who would like tomove to New York and sit your New York Bar exams, or you may already be admitted to the NY Bar.

Work with a newly appointed partner in afour (4) partner teamincluding the Head of Banking & Finance, Head of Aviation Finance and Head of Diversity Committee.
Your team is both home-grown and lateral (equally valued).




Yourpractice will focus primarily on aircraft financeincluding capital markets issuances, portfolio securitizations, acquisitions and sales, private placements, secured, unsecured and asset based lending and restructurings, and leasing (finance and leveraged).
Represent lenders, underwriters, operating lessors, manufacturers and export credit agencies.
