Our practices are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital scanners, CBCT imaging, and CEREC systems, allowing our teams to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.About the RoleAs a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our patients while supporting our clinicians to deliver the highest standard of care.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standardsManaging patient appointments and schedulingGreeting patients and creating a welcoming experienceHandling enquiries both in person and over the phoneSupporting administrative and reception dutiesEnsuring smooth day-to-day operations within the practiceThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.About YouWe're looking for someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.Ideally, you'll have:Minimum 2 years' experience in the dental industryExperience in both Dental Assisting and ReceptionStrong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft OfficeExperience with Dental4Windows (D4W) (highly regarded)Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)You'll also be:Professional and well-presentedA confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsHighly organised with robust attention to detailAble to multitask and manage competing prioritiesReliable, punctual, and committed to patient careA positive team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive workplace cultureWhat's in It for You?
