About the opportunity
The Client Programs Coordinator is responsible for the successful delivery of health practitioner programs and other programs offered nationally to PIEF members.
The role involves building and maintaining meaningful business relationships with the key stakeholders and learners ensuring best program experience and achieving contractual obligations.
Key accountabilities
Work closely with the Senior Client Programs Manager to coordinate the delivery of programs and resources for client programs including project management and liaison with program/project sponsors and managersWork collaboratively with the Senior Leaders in PIEF to ensure that all programs meet regulatory and contractual compliance standardsLiaise with client stakeholder representatives to ensure ongoing requirements and requests are metProvide Helpdesk support to program participantsLiaise with trainers and assessors to ensure contract KPI's are metUtilise the learning management system to extract and analyse data and provide regular learner status updates, including enrolments, status and completionsCoordinate the preparation of meetings and reporting requirements on PIEF's education programs and other initiativesCoordinate invoicing and manage online payment gateways for PIEF programs.




Liaise with accounts payable and receivables staff to monitor collections and debtors

About you
Experience in and knowledge and understanding of the tertiary, vocational education and professional development sectorsExperience in the implementation and delivery of training programs and reportingDemonstrated experience working with subject matter experts to achieve timely, high-quality outcomesAbility to apply a client-centred and results focussed approachHighly developed stakeholder and project management skillsFamiliarity with online learning platforms and learning management systemsTrouble-shooting and problem solving with online platformsExcellent planning and organisation skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to deal effectively with a wide diversity of tasks and to work to deadlines
Qualifications
Relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in coordination of medical or related training (3-5 years)
Position Parameters
After hours' works required, dependent upon program specific operational needs of PIEF
