We're looking for passionate and driven Sous Chef to support our leadership team and play a key role in delivering premium food and service.

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium dining environment.
Strong leadership and team development skills
A passion for quality ingredients, consistency, and excellent execution
Ability to thrive in a rapid paced kitchen while maintaining high standards
Strong organisational and communication skills
Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
