Make a real impact.Breakthru College, the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) of Royal Rehab Group, is seeking an experienced Training & Compliance Manager to lead high-quality, compliant training delivery and shape the future capability of our workforce.As a not-for-profit organisation embedded within real-world services, everything we do is focused on improving outcomes for the people we support.About The RoleThe Training & Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing RTO compliance, training quality, and operational delivery across Breakthru College.You WillLead the RTO compliance framework,
ensuring alignment with ASQA standards and funding requirementsManage and support a team of trainers and assessors, driving capability and performanceOversee training products, assessment tools, and validation processesDrive continuous improvement in learner experience, completion rates, and outcomesUse systems and data to optimise reporting, compliance, and delivery effectivenessDevelop, review and maintain up to date policies and procedures.Management of compliance of state funding training requirements for NSW Smart & Skilled and QLD Skills AssureEssential CriteriaYou have solid RTO compliance expertise and are eager to grow your impact in delivering high-quality training.You Will BringCertificate IV in Training & AssessmentStrong knowledge of ASQA, VET compliance, and RTO standardsExperience in a compliance, quality, or leadership role within an RTOProven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive improvementAdvanced skills in Axcelerate or similar student management systems.Advanced organisational skills with a high-level attention to detail.Strong initiative with the ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously.Advanced written and verbal communication skills.Why join us?
