You'll play a key role in mentoring and managing offshore team members, making strong communication and leadership skills essential.Key ResponsibilitiesReview SMSF financial statements, tax returns,
and compliance work on BGLManage a portfolio of approximately 200 SMSF clientsOversee and support offshore team membersEnsure compliance with current SMSF legislation and regulationsProvide technical guidance and support to the broader teamBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsIdentify process improvements and contribute to ongoing efficienciesAbout YouCA or CPA qualifiedSMSF Specialist Accreditation highly regardedStrong technical knowledge of SMSF legislation and compliance requirementsPrevious experience reviewing outsourced or offshore workPositive, friendly, and approachable leadership styleExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWhat's On Offer?
