An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HRIS Data Analyst to join a major enterprise HR transformation program.
Working within a high performing project team, you will take ownership of data migration, data transformation, integrations and reporting activities as a new core HR system is implemented while the existing payroll platform is retained.This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working with complex data, engaging with stakeholders and driving high quality data outcomes across a large scale implementation.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate and manage multiple data migration loads from the legacy TechnologyOne HR/Payroll system to the new HR platform.Cleanse,



transform and prepare HR data for migration in partnership with business stakeholdersSupport ETL activities and ensure data is structured for successful system implementationManage data transformation activities and ensure compliance with organisational data governance standardsWork with enterprise data teams to support reporting and data assurance requirementsSupport the design and specification of data for system integrationsDefine the HR data required to integrate with the existing payroll platformAssist with the replication of HR reporting into the enterprise reporting environmentCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the implementation partnerAbout youDemonstrated experience delivering data migration activities on HRIS or enterprise system implementationsStrong experience with HR data, data quality, transformation and governanceExperience supporting system integrations and enterprise reportingAdvanced Excel skills and experience using tools such as Power BI, Visual Studio or similarStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify, cleanse and validate complex datasetsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAble to work autonomously while contributing to a cooperative project environment
