About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, organised and hands‐on Internal Sales & Operations Support team member to join our Arundel office.
This is a wide-ranging role with direct responsibility across internal sales, customer service, administration, accounts support, outbound lead generation, warehouse operations and product preparation.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, management and the sales team, becoming a key part of our day-to-day operations.
This is not a desk‐only role - you will manage a mix of office and hands‐on operational tasks, including customer enquiries, preparing quotations, assembling equipment, supporting warehouse activities and maintaining hire units returned from the field.

This is a varied role with direct responsibility across internal sales, customer service, administration, accounts support, outbound lead generation, warehouse operations and product preparation.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, management and the sales team, becoming a key part of our day‐to‐day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Sales & Customer Support
Act as the primary contact for customer phone and email enquiriesPrepare quotations for spare parts, filter inserts and filtration unitsProcess customer orders and manage sales documentationFollow up quotations and progress sales opportunitiesProvide basic technical support and product informationBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsSupport the Sales Manager and Managing Director with sales activities
Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound customer contact and identify new sales opportunitiesResearch potential customers, industries and key contactsManage promotional activities for IQ Oil Australia and CJC® solutionsMaintain accurate customer information and sales records
Administration & Accounts
Manage accounts receivable follow-up and customer payment trackingProcess supplier invoices and accounts payable documentationPrepare and maintain sales, purchasing and delivery paperworkMaintain organised electronic and physical filing systemsOversee general administration tasks across the business
Warehouse, Workshop & Operations
Pick, pack and dispatch customer ordersReceive,



unpack and inspect incoming deliveriesManage freight bookings and delivery coordinationLoad and unload goodsMaintain warehouse organisation, stock identification and housekeepingAssemble and modify filtration equipment to meet customer requirementsClean, inspect and refurbish hire equipment returned from sitesPrepare equipment for customer deployment
About You

Skills & Experience (Highly Regarded)
Internal sales, customer service or sales administration experienceAccounts receivable/payable experienceExperience in industrial, mining, hydraulics, lubrication or filtration industriesMechanical aptitude or experience with industrial equipmentExperience preparing quotations and processing customer ordersStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential - training can be provided.A current driver's licence is required.
Working Hours
Full‐time, Monday‐Friday7:00 am – 3:30 pmOccasional additional hours may be required for customer needs, meetings, training or business activities.
