You will support the people scheduling and coordinating activities of the Supervisor.
Coordinate daily operational activities ensuring they are aligned to planned development and production forecasts and budgets.Every day our leaders grow, while our rosters are designed to help you live the lifestyle that is right for you and your family.Reporting to the Supervisor Plant Shutdowns, you willFoster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating and implementing improvement opportunities utilising a range of Rio Tinto best practicesCollaborate closely with other functions and stakeholders in the performance of dutiesProvide appropriate coaching, mentoring and technical support to Fixed Plant ShutdownsPro-actively coordinate and support planned shutdown execution activitiesProvide technical and safety support to shutdown supervisors and maintainersExperienced in maintenance systems such as SAP, Critical Orders and shutdown managementPrioritise emerging and break in work in shutdowns by coordinating logistics, labour and materialsAssist with Contractor Management Systems when requiredWhat You'll BringA commitment to the safety of yourself and your teamProven ability to develop detailed scopes of work, including labour, materials, access requirements, and execution methodologyA Current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver's Licence (Manual)Relevant trade qualification (mechanical, electrical, fabrication)
